I would love to give a shout out to whoever the manager on duty was tonight (Thursday, April 25th, around 7:00pm)! I wish I would've gotten his name. Tall guy, seems like he could very well even be the general manager. I place my order online tonight, got the confirmation details and also a notification that my card had been charged. Once I got to the shop, they did not have my order. I made sure I was in the right spot, and made sure it wasn't an error on my end. It was not, so he double checked it himself, and said he would take care of it for me. He explained they had been having technical issues lately with online orders. They started it up right away and had it done within 5 minutes. All employees handled it 100% correctly. I would just especially like to thank the manager for his professionalism and friendliness. I am a general manager myself, so I know how frustrating it can be when the error wasn't your fault, but it's your job to but a smile on and fix it anyway. I truly appreciate this, it's hard to find now a days! Keep up the great work.

Well, I've only been to this place two times, and both times my order was messed up when I went to pick it up. First time, one sandwich had the wrong meat, and the second time, they actually forgot to put one of the sandwiches in the bag, so I had to go back to get it. My advice to anyone picking up an order is to check your order before you leave the place. I would say some re-training is long overdue.

I didn't grow up with potbelly sandwiches so they're still a novelty to me. I like their interiors, sandwich choices, friendly staff, and overall menu. It seems like sometimes they do fundraisers for charity, too, which is great.
We popped into this store while we were getting new phones next door at T-Mobile. Took less than 10 minutes. The employees were friendly, and there was a guy who was working the toppings who was quiet but so nice! I was very impressed with how well he remembered all the orders. We also got a chocolate shake, pretty standard -- some of the proceeds went to charity, which was the main reason why we went for it. Their shakes come with a little cookie on the straw, so cute.
My favorites to order are the hummus/vegetarian sandwich and the grilled chicken with cheddar. An original size is always big enough, you could probably share any size that is bigger than original. I always go for the hot peppers, too -- zippy but not punishing. I'm into it! I stop into potbelly whenever I want a quick, warm sandwich. -

Above average sandwich shop. The pastrami was hot and good. Bread selection is so-so and the "feel" is very chain-like. Maybe, it's because it is!. The staff was fairly quick and handled a big crowd with ease during their lunch rush.
Bonus points for serving Zapp's chips and creme soda! -

Today was my first time ever at Potbelly.
The lady that took my order, made me really rushed. (And no, you guys were not busy) But the girl that add the fixings to my sandwich - I wish I caught her name - super sweet - maybe African American? - deserves a raise. I wish all of the staff were upbeat and kind and helpful like her! She definitely deserves to be recognized cause no one else there seemed to care.
The food was "good". My turkey sandwich was extremely dry. But my soup was awesome.
